How parents take part
As a member of the Pre-School Learning Alliance, Playgroup recognises parents as the first and most important educators of their children. All the staff see themselves as co-workers with you in providing care and education for your child. There are many ways in which parents take part in making the playgroup a welcoming and stimulating place for children and parents. The Playgroup Committee is run largely by parents who want to play an active role, and everyone is given the opportunity to get involved at our annual AGM meeting (see notice board for more information).
